日本国家职业资格考试概述及其启示

摘　　要：本文从概念、分类、法律制度、管理体制、考试要素五个方面对日本国家职业资格考试进行介绍,重点归纳出其四种管理体制、七条考试细则,并与我国专业技术人员资格考试作比较,以指出我国资格考试的不足,提出改进建议。This paper illustrates Japanese national vocational qualification examination from its concept, classification, legislation, management system and test element. Meanwhile, generalizes four management systems and seven test regulations. And then, compares it to our national vocational qualification examination, figuring out the deficiencies of our examination and putting forward suggestions for improvement.
