摘　　要：华丰煤矿通过明确科技创新体系的核心,准确把握科技创新管理体系的基本要素,进行了科技创新管理体系的系统分析,构建了科学的创新体系,实现了创新体系运行的程序化、规范化,提高了矿井整体技术水平。The basic elements of management system for scientific and technological was grasped accurately through definitude the core of a clear system of scientific and technological innovation in Huafeng Coal Mine. Technological innovation management system was analyzed, science and innovation system has been built. So that the innovation system to achieve the program running and standardized, and the overall technical level is improved.
