倍骼生应用于牙槽骨缺损的30例临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评估倍骼生用于牙槽骨缺损的临床效果。方法:回顾分析2009年3月-2011年3月采用倍骼生修复牙槽骨缺损的30例患者的临床资料。随访1年,检查患者牙槽骨完整情况及修复体情况。结果:30例中因植入体脱落而失败3例,成功27例。1～12个月后经X线检查提示植入骨周围的骨结合好,修复效果好。结论:倍骼生可以较好的修复牙槽骨周围的骨缺损,可作为修复牙槽骨缺损的一种有效方法。0bjective：To evaluate the effect of bioglass used in the alveolar bone defect.Methods：The clinical data of 30 cases of bioglass from March 2009 to March 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.The full situation and the restoration of alveolar bone were checked during 1 years of follow-up.Results：3 failed because implants peel off and 27 implants of success in 30 implants.1 to 12 months after first stage surgery,X-ray and clinic examination showed good osseointegration.The prothesic results were satisfied.Conclusion：Bioglass is a good material to reconstruct low and medium bone deficiency in implant site,it offers the implant surgeon an additional methods for optimizing the dimensions of deficient alveolar bone defect.
