极固宁与氟化钠甘油糊剂治疗牙本质敏感症的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较极固宁与氟化钠甘油糊剂治疗牙本质敏感症的临床疗效。方法将我院就诊的100例患者的160颗患牙分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用氟化钠甘油糊剂治疗;观察组采用极固宁治疗。结果治疗15 min后,观察组总有效率93.75%高于对照组总有效率78.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗1个月后,观察组总有效率88.75%高于对照组总有效率71.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论极固宁治疗牙本质敏感症疗效可靠、作用迅速而持久,是一种较理想的牙本质脱敏剂。Objective To compare the effect between Green Or and Pasta Natrii Fluoridi et Glycerini in the treatment of dentine hypersensitivity. Methods All of 160 bad teeth from 100 patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with Pasta Natrii Fluoridi et Glycerini, and the observation group was treated with Green Or. Results After 15 min treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 93.75% better than 78.75% in the control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. After 1 month of treatment, the total efficiency of the observation group was 88.75% better than 71.25% in the control group with significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Green Or in treatment of dentine hypersensitivity has good curative effect, quick action, long lasting, is an ideal desensitizing agent.
