血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA19-9、CA12-5、CA72-4、CA50对胃癌的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物CEA、CA19-9、CA12-5、CA72-4、CA50对胃癌的诊断价值。方法应用放射免疫分析法测定30例胃癌患者及30例良性胃病患者血清CEA、CA19-9、CA12-5、CA72-4、CA50水平,并与30名正常健康体检者血清CEA、CA19-9、CA12-5、CA72-4、CA50水平进行比较。结果胃癌组CEA、CA19-9、CA12-5、CA72-4、CA50水平均明显高于正常对照组以及胃病组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但胃病组和正常对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清CEA、CA19-9、CA12-5、CA72-4、CA50水平较高,临床通过检测上述指标对于胃癌的诊断、治疗及预后具有重要的参考价值。Objective To investigate the serum levels of tumor markers CEA, CA19-9, CA12-5, CA72-4, CA50 in gastric cancer. Methods By radioimmunoassay determination, the serum CEA, CA19-9, CA12-5, CA72-4, CA50 levels of 30 patients with gastric cancer and 30 cases with benign gastric disorders,and 30 normal healthy subjects were compared. Results The serum levels of CEA,CA19-9, CA12-5, CA72-4, CA50 in the gastric cancer patients were significantly higher than the normal control group and stomach group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）; the difference of stomach group and normal control group was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The serum levels of CEA, CA19-9, CA12-5, CA72--4, CA50 are higher in the patients with gastric cancer, and with clinical important reference value for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of gastric cancer by detecting the above mentioned indicators.
