摘  要:以丹皮酚和脂肪胺为主要原料,合成9种Schiff碱化合物,并对标题化合物进行表征。利用细菌作为生物指示,采用琼脂扩散法测定了目标产物的抑菌性能;通过DPPH.分析法,测定了目标产物的抗氧化性。结果表明:目标产物对所受试菌种都有一定的抑制作用,但其清除自由基能力比较弱。Nine novel Schiff bases complexes were synthesized by condensation of paeonol with aliphatie amine and their structures were confirmed. These title complexes were valued for their antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method and their antioxidant activity were studied by the free stable radical DPPH. The result indicated that these title complexes have activity against the four test bacterial organisms, but they have weak ability in eliminating free radicals.
