摘 要:在NaAlO2-NaOH混合体系下,对7075铝合金进行等离子体电解氧化处理,制备出不同正/负占空比下的陶瓷层,并研究了占空比对陶瓷层厚度、显微硬度、表面和截面形貌及相组成的影响。结果表明,在正占空比15%、负占空比10%时制备出的陶瓷层连续均匀致密,其显微硬度达到1080。The ceramic coatings with different positive/negative duty-cycle have been produced on 7075 aluminum alloy surface by using plasma electrolytic oxidation treatment in NaA102-NaOH solution. The effect of duty-cycle on ceramic coating thickness, micro-hard- I ness, surface morphology, cross-section morphology and phase composition of different ceramic coatings has been investigated. The investigation results show that ceramic coating becomes excellent continuity and uniformity, its micro-hardness can reach to HV0.1 1080 while the ceramic coating is composed with 15% of positive duty-cycle and 10% of negative-duty cycle.
