摘  要:自20世纪90年代以来,牦牛矿物质营养研究一直受到科研人员的重视。目前,在对牦牛部分组织及畜产品、牦牛生存地牧草和土壤中矿物质含量测定等方面已取得一定的成果。对近20a来牦牛矿物质营养研究进展进行了综合论述和分析。受牦牛性别、年龄以及组织类型、所测矿物质元素种类、不同区域生态类型和草场状况等因素的影响,所测定的矿物质元素水平间缺乏可比性。同时,牦牛矿物质营养研究缺乏系统性,这在一定程度上限制了其研究成果在牦牛生产中的实际指导作用。由此提出,应建立针对不同区域生态类型、草场状况和针对不同年龄、性别、组织以及不同季节的牦牛矿物质营养标准。Since the late 1990s,researchers pay more attention to the studies on mineral nutrition of yak and some achievements have been obtained from the measurements of minerals content in some yak's tissues and products (i. e. meat, milk, et al. ),the grass and soil where yak lived. In this paper, the authors summarized the research progress of mineral nutrition of yak during the past 20 years. However, the differences of sex, age, ecological grassland types, mineral element types and other factors result in the lack of comparability at the mineral element levels in yak. At the same time, the researches of mineral nutrition in yak are also lack of systematic analysis, which restricts the use of research results in yak production and the practical guide. Therefore,the authors think that it is necessary and urgent to establish the mineral nutrition standard in yak based on the different area,seasons,ecological types and grassland status, together with the age and sex of yak.
