摘  要:我国用工制度主要以固定工制和合同制为主,随着市场经济的发展,企业劳动用工制度改革面临新问题,需要进行劳动用工制度改革与创新。通过分析我国现有企业劳动用工制度的发展现状,总结出用工制度存在的具体问题,提出相应的对策改善合同制下的劳动用工制度现状。In China,dominant employment systems presently have been fixed-employment system and contract employment system.However,with the development of market economy,new problems have emerged,challenging the present employment system,which makes it an urgent need for the reform and innovation of labor employment system.This paper analyzes the present situation in the employment system,discusses the existing problems,and introduces some advanced ideals,modes,and experiences in human resource management in some developed countries such as Japan and the United States,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to improve the condition of employment under the contract system.
