摘　　要：腹腔镜下射频消融术(LRFA)作为肝细胞癌微创治疗的一种重要手段,其以安全、损伤小、疗效确切等优势为病人广泛接受。LRFA近年发展迅速,不论是单一治疗还是联合其他方法治疗,都有着广泛的应用前景。本文主要对LRFA治疗肝细胞癌的现状及进展进行综述。With its safety, minor injure and satisfying effect, laparoscopic radiofrequency ablation （LRFA） is becoming an important method for hepatocellular carcinoma, and is widely accepted by patients. In recent years, LRFA develops rapidly and has the broad promising prospect in either single treatment or with other methods. This article focuses on the current situation and research progress of LRFA in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma.
