手术室连台消毒灭菌监测结果分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨我院普通手术室术前与接台时术间消毒效果的差异,完善接台手术消毒处理环节。【方法】我院普通手术室,共3个术间,分别在手术室术前和接台手术间隔期间进行消毒处理,然后做空气,物体表面,医护人员手3方面的消毒效果监测。【结果】术前与接台时消毒效果监测合格率分别为96.5%和85.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】接台手术前应加强消毒处理,最大程度减少术中医源性感染的几率。[Objective] To investigate the difference of disinfection results between preoperative and interval between surgery in the general operating room in our hospital and improve the handling of disinfection. [ Method ] To carry out disinfection processing before surgery and interval between surgery respectively in the general operating room contains three operating rooms.Then culture the bacterials in the air, body surface and the hands of the staffs before monitor the effect of the operating room disinfection. [ Results ] The qualification rate of the preoperative and the interval between surgery in the general operating room in our hospital was 96.5% and 85.2% respectively and the rate of the preoperative is higher than that in the interval between surgery （P 〈 0.05）. [Conclusions] It must strengthen the disinfection in the interval between surgery to minimize the risk of intraoperative iatrogenic infection.
