p53、p63、p73在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨p53、p63和p73在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组织化学方法检测p53、p63和p73在56例鼻咽癌组织、15例鼻咽黏膜慢性炎症组织中的表达情况。结果 p53、p63和p73蛋白均表达于细胞核内。p53和p63在鼻咽癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于慢性炎症组织,且差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),p53和p63在鼻咽癌组织中表达的高低存在正相关性(P﹤0.05)。p73在鼻咽癌、慢性炎症组织中的表达差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。p53、p63、p73蛋白表达水平与鼻咽癌患者的性别、发病年龄及颈淋巴结转移均无关(P﹥0.05),p63、p73蛋白表达水平与NPC临床分期相关(P﹤0.05)。结论通过检测p53、p63、p73蛋白在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,可能在鼻咽癌的发生发展过程中其发挥着重要作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the possible effects of p53, p63 and p73 during the progression of nasopharyngeal car- cinoma （NPC）, and study the clinical significance. METHODS The expression of p53, p63 and p73 in 56 cases of NPC and 15 cases of chronic inflammation tissues were checked by immunohistochemistry. RESULTS p53, p63 and p73 protein ex- pressed in the nucleus. The positive rates of p53 and p63 in NPC were significantly higher than that chronic inflammation tissues （P〈 0.01）, and there were a positive correlation between the expression of p53 and p63 protein in NPC （P〈 0.05）. But the ex- pression of p73 had no significant difference among NPC and chronic inflammation tissues （P 〉 0.05）. There was no significant correlation between p53, p63 and p73 expression and patient＇s gender, age and neck lymph node metastasis （P〉 0.05）, and the expression of p63 and p73 was correlated with the clinical stage of NPC （P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION The expression of p53, p63 and p73 protein may play an important role in the development of NPC.
