摘　　要：目的探讨有效、可持续的远程医学信息系统推广模式。方法采用文献分析、问卷调查、专家咨询、现场调研、快速评价法等多种方法,收集远程医学信息系统推广存在的问题和需求,研发远程医学教育咨询技术,推广应用。结果在四川省医疗卫生单位共安装了86个接收点,乡镇卫生院安装了62个接收站点,已对43项技术进行了培训,参加培训的医技人员达到2万多人,远程咨询103例。结论得出一套可行的远程医学信息系统推广模式,包含组织、运行、激励等机制。Objective To study an effective and sustainable extension model of Remote Medical Information System. Methods Various methods are used to collect the problems and needs, research the remote medical education technology, popularize the appli-cation, such as literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, expert counseling, field investigation, rapid assessment method, etc. Results In the health organizations of Sichuan province, 86 receiving points are installed,62 receiving points are installed in the township hospi- tals, the training of 43 technologies are provided and more than 20 000 people had attended the training,the amount of the remote consulting cases is 103. Conclusions Arrive at a viable extension model of Remote Medical Information System, including organization, operation, incentives, screening, etc.
