摘 要:系统地介绍了6%镍奥氏体球铁的机械性能与金相组织、化学成分之间的关系;并测定其电磁性能;进行了奥氏体球铁金具和可锻铸铁全具的磁损对比实验,对6%镍奥氏体球铁金具,进行了握力试验和荷重破坏试验。实验结果表明,含6%镍奥氏体球铁的延伸率高达15%,抗拉强度均在400MPa以上,高者达550MPa;电阻率P值在1.0Ω·mm2/m以上,是可锻铸铁的两倍多,磁场强度H=100Oe时,相对磁导率μr值为1.1~1.5,近似无磁;当电流为450安培时,每个奥氏体球铁金具比可锻铸铁金具节能约40瓦;铸造合格的金具,通过了GB2317-85的握力试验和荷重破坏试验。This paper presents systematically the correlation among the tensile propel tics, microstructure and chemical composition for austenilic ductile cast iron containing 6% nickel. The electiomagnetic properties has been tested. The magnetic-energy loss caused by austenitic ductile cast iron hardwaie and malleable iron hardware has also been made. The cast hardwares were manufactured from 6 % nickel austenitic ductile cast iron investigated, the holding force test and the destruction lest were also made. The experimental results indicated that elongations of 6 % nickel containing austenitic ductile cast iron have reached 15%. Their tensile strengths above 400MPa.Their electrical resistivity is above 1.0 mm2/m and is over two times as much as that of malleable iron. The magnetic density being 100 Oe, the magnetic conductivity has 1.1-1.5 and it is similar to non-magnetic. The electrical current being 450A, the magnetic-energy loss caused by malleable iron hardware is 40W largei than that of the austenitic ductile cast iron haidware. The cast hardware of high quality can fulfil the requirements of holding force test and the destruction lest stipulated in GB2317-85. It is confirmed from the results above-mentioned that 6% nickel containing austenilic ductile cast iron can not only satisfy the performace requirement of transmission-line hardware, but also save the electrical energy greatly. This study will produce great social and economic effects.
