培多普利和吲哒帕胺对脑血管病患者长期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨培多普利和吲哒帕胺对脑血管病患者的长期疗效。方法选取本院2005年10月～2007年5月收治的脑血管病患者124例,随机分为两组,采用安慰剂治疗患者62例为对照组,采用培多普利和吲哒帕胺治疗患者62例为观察组,疗程5年,比较两组患者治疗后的临床指标。结果观察组收缩压、舒张压均明显低于对照组,观察组脑梗死发生率、脑卒中发生率、脑出血发生率、并发症发生率均明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组血糖略低于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论培多普利和吲哒帕胺用于治疗脑血管病具有显著的长期疗效,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,服用方法简单且脑卒中发生率明显降低,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the long-term curative effect on patients with cerebrovascular disease in the treatment with perindopril and indapamide. Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with cerebrovascular disease were se- lected in the hospital from October 2005 to May 2007, who were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty-two patients used placebo in the treatment as the control group, 62 patients used perindopril and indapamide in the treatment as the observa- tion group. The course of treatment was 5 years. Clinical indicators were compared between two groups after the treatment. Results Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The incidence rate of cerebral infarction, the incidence of stroke, cerebral hemorrhage rate, complication rate in the observation group were significantly smaller than those in the control group. The difference was statistically signifi- cant （P 〈 0.05）. Blood glucose in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Perindopril and indapamide in the treatment for cerebrovascular disease has significant long-term efficacy, which can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients. Taking method is simple, while the incidence rate of stroke decrease significantly. That is worthy of clinical use.
