复方通络胶囊在合并高脂血症的急性出血性脑梗死中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复方通络胶囊在合并高脂血症的急性出血性脑梗死中的应用价值。方法选择35例患者使用脱水、预防和控制感染、调节内环境平衡等治疗措施,并与34例联合使用复方通络胶囊的患者在治疗后1个月比较患者复查CT所示血肿量变化情况,并统计临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者血肿量均较治疗前减少,治疗后观察组血肿量为(4.3±0.3)mL,显著少于对照组的(6.9±1.1)mL(P<0.05);治疗后1个月,观察组总有效率为97.1%,显著高于对照组的71.4%(P<0.05)。结论高脂血症急性出血性脑梗死患者在常规基础治疗的基础上,联合使用复方通络胶囊,能更好地促进神经功能的恢复,提高治疗效果。Objective To discuss application value of compound tongluo capsule on hyperlipidemia with acute hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Methods Dehydration, infection prevention and control measures, regulate internal environment home- ostasis were used in control group with 35 cases, and on the bottom control group, compound tongluo capsule was used with 34 cases in observation group. After 1 month, CT signs of hematoma volume and statistics clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, hematoma volume were less than before treatment in both groups, the vol- ume hematoma of observation group was（4.3±0.3） mL, it was significantly less than control group[（6.9±1.1） mL]（P 〈 0.05）. One month after treatment, total effective rate of observation group was 97.1%, it was significantly higher than of control group （71.4%）（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the bottom of normal therapy, usage of compound tongluo capsule can promote the recovery of neural function and improve the effect in patients with hyperlipidemia and acute hemorrhagic cerebral in- farction underlaying.
