摘　　要：目的评价功能性消化不良的危险因素。方法调查功能性消化不良和健康人群各50例的性别、年龄、受教育程度、饮酒、吸烟、经常运动、挑食、睡眠质量、Hp感染、焦虑抑郁情况共10项因素,并建立非条件Logistic回归分析模型分析得出功能性消化不良的危险因素。结果性别、年龄、受教育程度、饮酒、吸烟、经常运动、挑食、睡眠质量、Hp感染、焦虑抑郁情况10项因素经Logistic回归分析模型分析后,5项因素最终进入模型,按照相关程度排序依次为Hp感染、睡眠质量、年龄、焦虑抑郁、经常运动。结论 Hp感染、睡眠质量不好、年龄≥40岁、伴有焦虑抑郁、缺乏运动这5项为功能性消化不良的危险因素。Objective To evaluate the risk factors of functional dyspepsia （FD）. Methods Researched on 10 factors of gen der, age, education degree, drinking, smoking, common exercises, being choosy in food, sleep quality, Hp infection and anxiety depression of 50 people with FD and 50 healthy people and built the unconditional logistic regression analysis model to get the risk factors of FD. Results After 10 factors were analyzed through the logistic regression analysis model, finally, 5 factors entered the model with sequence of Hp infection, sleep quality, age, anxiety depression and common exer cises according to the degree of correlation. Conclusion Hp infection, poor sleep quality, age greater than or equal to 40 years old, accompanied with anxiety depression and lack of sports are the risk factors of FD.
