摘 要:目的通过建立大鼠在限制性应激条件下实验性牙周炎动物模型,探讨限制性应激在实验性牙周炎发展过程中的作用。方法 48只雄性SD大鼠用0.012 mm不锈钢丝线结扎左上颌第一磨牙后,随机分为两组,一组为应激组(给予限制性应激),另一组为非应激组(单纯结扎)。每组大鼠分别在施加应激后第2、3、4、5周随机各取6只处死,检测牙龈指数、应激指标促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotropic hormone,ACTH)和皮质酮激素(corticosterone,CORT)在血清中的含量以及牙槽骨丧失程度(attachment loss,AL)。应用SPSS 10.0软件进行统计分析。结果大鼠结扎后的左上颌第一磨牙牙龈指数均高于未结扎的右上颌第一磨牙,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);应激组ACTH和CORT含量均高于非应激组(P<0.01);应激组结扎区AL明显高于非应激组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);应激组前4周AL与时间呈正比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应激可以加重牙槽骨的吸收,并且随着应激时间的增加,牙槽骨吸收的程度也会有所增加。Objective To discuss the effect of restraint stress on the development and progression of experimental periodon titis,through the establishment of experimental periodontitis animal models under restraint stress condition. Methods Forty-eight male SD rats were selected with stainless steel wire (0.012 ram) ligating the left maxillary first molar and they were randomly divided into two groups:stress group (the rats were treated with restraint stress and ligation) and control group (the rats were treated with simple ligation). Six rats were randomly selected and killed from each of group after stress was applied for 2,3,4,5 weeks. The related gingival index (GI), the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and eorticos terone (CORT) in serum, and the degree of attachment loss were tested. Statistical analysis was carried on by using the software of SPSS 10.0. Results The GI in rats' left maxillary first molar ligating with the stainless steel wire were signifi cantly higher than the right maxillary first molar without ligation (P 〈 0.01 ) ; the contents of ACTH and CORT, the AL in stress group were significantly higher than the control group, there were all significant differences (P 〈 0.01 ). The AL of the stress group in the first four weeks was proportional to the time, and the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Restraint stress can increase the absorption of alveolar bone, and with the stress time increases, the degree of alveolar bone loss will increase.
