贝复济在乳腺癌术后淋巴漏的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨重组碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(贝复济,bFGF)在乳腺癌改良根治术后淋巴漏的治疗中的应用价值,以期为乳腺癌改良根治术后淋巴漏的治疗提供临床依据。方法将35例乳腺癌改良根治术后淋巴漏分为采用贝复济治疗的治疗组和采用滑石粉液治疗的对照组,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗组在第1天引流量、第2天引流量、第3天引流量和拔管天数等方面均少于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01),平均住院时间也明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝复济治疗乳腺癌改良根治术后淋巴漏具有良好的临床价值,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the applicational value of basic fibroblast growth factor （bFGF） in treatment of lymph leakage after breast carcinoma operation, and provide a new treatment method for lymph leakage after breast carcinoma operation. Methods Thirty-five patients of lymph leakage after breast carcinoma operation were divided into the use of bFGF treatment group and the talcum powder liquid treatment control group, compared two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. Results The treatment group were less than that in the control group with the first day drainage, the second day and third day drainage, extubation time, and there were significant differences （P 〈 0.01）, the average hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion bFGF in lymph leakage after breast carcinoma operation has better clinical applicational value, and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
