摘　　要：文章剖析了独立学院旅游管理专业"应用就业型"人才培养机理,指出当前高校旅游管理本科人才培养中存在的"人才培养与人才需求严重错位"、"培养人才特色不鲜明"、"旅游人才综合能力不强"等共性问题,探讨了独立学院旅游管理专业"应用就业型"高级专门人才培养中"三平台五模块十项目"的课程学习和"四下四上"的实践模式.以此来促使独立学院旅游管理专业创新人才培养模式,形成自身培养特色,提升核心竞争能力,从而在激烈的竞争环境中,抓住旅游业蓬勃发展契机,实现可持续发展.This paper analyzes the mechanism of ＂employment-application typed talent＂ training. It lists some common problems. For example, there is serious dislocation between talent training and the need for talents; talent training is not of distinct characteristic; tourism talents＇ comprehensive ability is weak. ＂Three platforms-five modules-ten projects＂ course and ＂Sixia Sishang＂ model are provided. They are helpful for the promotion of the core competition ability and the sustainable development in intense competition environment.
