摘　　要：心理学关于"能力"的理论研究以及对"认知发展理论"与"社会学习理论"等涉及"教与学"过程中有关心理现象的理论研究和心理规律的科学把握,给能力本位的公安高职教育形成了一些必要的理论支撑和借鉴启发,并且为坚定和促进以能力培养为核心的公安高职教育教学研究发展,提供了心理学方面的理论基础和依据。Theories of psychology about ability has taken shape in police colleges. It has supported teaching and learning by the cognition and used the experience of other fields for reference. In order to produce proof of psychology and provide scientific basis for research, we should firm and correct educational orientation of police colleges to advance the development of core ability.
