无锡DY电器公司库存管理优化方法研究

摘　　要：以无锡DY电器公司为研究对象,分析了该公司原有库存管理存在的问题及其原因,并从公司组织结构的设置、需求预测的建立、采购计划的完善、ABC法对物资的分类和管理、安全库存的合理设置、经济批量订货法的采用、供应商的评估和管理等方面提出了改善DY公司库存管理的具体优化方法.To based on research of Wuxi DY Electric Company we provide analysis of the companyrs current inventory management problems and its causes. The optimization solution for DY companyts inventory management are raised from companyts organizational structure setting, demand forecasting, procurement plan optimization, ABC analysis methods for materials classifica- tion and management, safety stock setting, economic order quantities method and supplier assess- ment and management.
