摘　　要：引导大学生以学生助理的身份参与高校管理服务机构,从事辅助性工作,是锻炼学生能力、增强高校工作力量的有效举措。目前我国很多高校学生助理使用的范围和覆盖面较小,未充分发挥学生助理的积极作用,在未来的发展中需要搭建统一管理平台、规范学生助理管理等办法来建立和完善学生助理制度。Leading college students to assist in the school＇s management and service is an effective way to temper students＇ ability and strengthen the school＇s work. At present, many of China＇s colleges and universities apply the student assistant system only in a small way and students＂ initiative is not allowed full play. In future development, we need to build unified management platform and standardize student assistant management so as to establish a perfect student assistant system.
