测绘工程“产学研结合”创新人才培养模式的探索

摘　　要：本文从课程体系、实践教学体系和师资队伍建设三方面论述了测绘工程专业“产学研结合”创新人才培养的教学模式，建立了测绘工程专业多功能实践教学基地、加强了工程实践教学环节、增加了技术顶岗实习，培养和造就了一批务实能打硬仗的师生队伍。同时简单介绍了“产学研结合”创新人才培养模式的组织形式、管理体制和运行机制；说明了产学研结合是一种新型的人才培养模式。This paper, from the course system, practical teaching system and the construction of the teaching staff three aspects of the surveying and mapping engineering ＂integration of production with studying＂ innovation talents training mode of teaching, to construct the surveying and mapping engineering practice teaching practice, multi-function base strengthens the engineering practice teaching links, increase the technical reform practice, cultivate and bring up a batch of pragrnatic can get teachers and students of the team. Also simply introduced ＂the unity of production with studying＂ innovative talent training mode the form of organization, management system and operational mechanism; That combining study is a kind of new mode of talent training.
