摘　　要：对选择"十分钟缴费圈"合作伙伴的目的及现有的电费缴纳合作伙伴进行分析,从服务性指标、经济性指标和可及性指标3个方面出发,建立了电费缴纳合作伙伴评价指标体系,并运用理想点法对可能的电费缴纳合作伙伴进行评价。以陕西省某市可能的电费缴纳合作伙伴为例,选择出整体效果较好的合作伙伴,验证了模型的可行性,同时对"十分钟缴费圈"电费缴纳合作伙伴的选取具有一定的指导意义。Based on the analysis of the purpose of payment partner selection and the existing electricity fee payment partners, this paper establishes an electricity fee payment partner evaluation index system considering the service, economic and accessibility index, and obtains the evaluation result of possible electricity fee payment partners using ideal point method. Taking a city of Shaanxi province as an example, this paper verifies the feasibility of the model of electricity fee payment partner selection and provides certain guiding to the partner selection of electricity payment in ten minutes as well.
