摘　　要：综述了重金属对水生蔬菜生长发育的影响和水生蔬菜重金属富集规律,并通过了解我国水生蔬菜重金属污染来源,提出了我国水生蔬菜产业化发展中预防和减少重金属污染的措施。The paper summarized the effects of heavy metals on the growth and development of aquatic vegetables and the accumulation characteristics of heavy metals in aquatic vegetables, and analyzed the pollution sources of heavy metals in the production of aquatic vegetables, and then proposed the measures to prevent or reduce the heavy metal pollution in the industrialized development of aquatic vegetables.
