摘 要:形态学性状的聚类分析把供试的24个荸荠品种分为2个类群。第一类群只有野生荸荠1个品种,第二类群为23份地方栽培的荸荠品种,第二类群中又可分为5个亚类。从分析结果可以看出,野生荸荠与23份地方栽培种的遗传距离相对较远,而23份地方栽培种间的遗传距离较小,这与从形态上难以鉴定品种的结果基本相符。24 local water chestnut (Eleocharis tuberosa Schult) cultivars were divided into two groups by the cluster analysis according to the morphologic characters. Only one wild water chestnut species was clustered into the first group, and the rest 23 local cultivars were clustered into the second group, which were divided into five subgroups. The results showed that the genetic relationship between the wild species and the 23 local cultivars was relatively distant, while the genetic relationships among the 23 local cultivars were closer, which indicated that it was difficult to identify them by the agronomic characters only.
