摘　　要：有机茶生产已成为当前茶叶生产中的一个热点。该文简要概述了福建省有机茶产业的发展现状,分析了福建省发展有机茶产业的优势及存在的不足,最后系统分析有机茶生产的经济、社会和生态效益。Organic teaproduction is a hotspot in the field of current tea production. In this paper, the development situation of Fujian organic tea industry were summarized, and the strength and the existing problems of Fujian organic tea industry were analyzed. Finally, the economic, social and ecological benefits of organic tea production were systematically analyzed.
