摘　　要：目的探讨小儿急性阑尾炎的超声表现及超声诊断意义。方法对88例因血象高腹痛,申请探查阑尾区的患儿腹部进行彩色超声的检查。结果患儿阑尾区异常回声64例,其中40例经手术病理证实为性单纯性阑尾炎、化脓性阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿,其余患儿经抗炎治疗后,复查超声阑尾区异常回声也逐步缩小、消失。结论超声检测小儿急性阑尾炎具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To study the ultrasonic findings of children＇s acute appendicitis and to evaluate their diagnostic value. Methods 88 children of abdominal pain were examined with Color Doppler Flow Imaging. Results 64 cases have abnormal found. 40 cases were confirmed by surgery and pathology,there were simple appendicitis ,purulent appendicitis and appendiceal abscess. Conclusions Color Doppler flow imaging. Has clinical application value in diagnosis of children＇s acute appendicitis
