摘 要:鉴于目前船舶甲板除冰技术普遍存在着效率低、成本高而且危险性大等问题,提出了基于船舶周围气流牵引式循环的甲板升温技术思想。利用专用的原理性验证模拟实验装置,初步研究了环境温度对船舶甲板升温效果的影响。对环境温度为10.1℃~10.3℃、13.3℃~13.5℃和16.2℃~16.4℃进行了升温效果的对比实验,结果表明在水面与甲板表面的初始温差同为6.5℃~6.7℃情况下,环境温度会明显影响甲板的升温效果。环境温度越高,甲板的升温幅度就越大,其升温效果也就越好,如环境温度为16.2℃~16.4℃时甲板表面升温幅度约为1.95℃,而环境温度为10.1℃~10.3℃时其升温的总幅度仅约为1.2℃。所得结论可为这一新技术的深入研究提供必要的理论基础和实验依据。The present deicing technology in ships deck has more disadvantages such as low efficiency, high cost and danger.. In this paper, a new manmade-cycle technology to rise temperature in ship deck was proposed, the special experimental device was designed, and the influence laws of this new technology in different ambient temperature were studied. Compar- ative experiments were done with the ambient temperature at 10. 1- 10.3℃, 13.3- 13.5℃ and 16.2-16.4℃. The experimental results show that with the same initial temperature of water and deck surface, the ambient temperature has significant impact on this new technolo- gy. The higher the ambient temperature is, the greater the warming-up amplitude and the better warming-up effect can be achieved, for example, the warming-up amplitude is abuut 1. 95℃ at 16.2-16.4℃, while the warming-up amplitude is only about 1.2℃ at 10. 1-10.3℃. This conclusion will be valuable in further studies on this new technology.
