粤东山区蝴蝶兰分生苗与复壮苗平地催花效果研究

摘　　要：通过对蝴蝶兰的叶长、叶宽、叶厚、叶片数、花芽分化率、花茎大小和花苞数的观测,对比分析了分生苗与复壮苗的平地催花效果,结果表明:蝴蝶兰复壮苗催花过程中花茎的长度、花茎的直径和花苞数优于同一品种的分生苗,蝴蝶兰复壮苗催花效果优于分生苗.The lowland flowering stimulation effects on the tissue cultural seedlings and rejuvenating seedlings were compared and analyzed through the investigation of relevant traits of leaf number,leaf length,leaf width,leaf thickness,flower bud differentation rate,number of flower bud and size of flower shoots.Results indicated that rejuvenating seedlings were superior to tissue cultural seedlings in flowering stimulation capability,evidenced by larger flower shoot length and diameter and more flower buds than the latter of the same variety.
