从分化定律谈远程教育公共服务体系的专业化发展

摘　　要：公共服务体系是我国远程教育发展到一定阶段的必然产物,与其他两类学习支持服务体系即电大开放教育的教学站点以及试点高校网络教育学院自建校外学习中心相比,公共服务体系最大的特性在于其市场性。本文从企业管理的视角,从分化定律的启示谈公共服务体系专业化发展的必要性与可能的方向,以期为我国远程教育公共服务体系的发展提供参考。Distance education development in China will inevitably bring about a public service system,which is characterized by greater marketability,compared with open education schools of TV universities and Off-campus learning centers of Network Education Colleges.Referring to the Specialization Principle,this paper discusses from the perspective of enterprise management necessities and prospects of specialized development of the public service system,so as to give some insights into Chinese construction of its own system.
