摘　　要：目的探讨混合性生殖细胞肿瘤的临床病理学特征,并为其诊治及预后判断提供理论依据。方法应用组织学、免疫组化等技术对12例混合性生殖细胞肿瘤进行观察。结果除相应部位的临床表现外,病理形态上肿瘤主要表现为多种恶性肿瘤成分相混合,各种肿瘤成分有其相应的免疫组化标记。结论混合性生殖细胞肿瘤由多种成分构成,病理形态多样化,其分化成分的多少及不同的分化方向与肿瘤的预后密切相关。Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological features of mixed germ cell tumor, provide a theoreti- cal basis for its treatment and prognosis. Methods Observed 12 cases of mixed germ cell tumors by using histology, immuno- histochemistry and other techniques. Results In addition to the the clinical manifestations of corresponding parts, it mainly showed that a variety of malignant tumor was mixed on the pathological,and every tumor components had their corresponding immunohistochemistry mark. Conclusion Mixed germ cell tumor is formed by a variety of ingredients, pathological is diversity, the tumor＇ s prognosis is closely related to the number of the divided components and of the different divided directions.
