摘　　要：庄祖宜女士的这本书虽是关于饮食的,但却超出了传统研究路径。把厨师作为一个体现多元文化的职业来体会,从人类学的角度在一个狭小的"田野"空间去感悟世界文化差异,从而道出了人生的快乐、意义和烹小鲜的哲学。The book from the Ms. Zhuang Zuyi is about diet, but beyond the traditional way. The chef is a career to embody the multi - cultures in the world. From the anthropological point of view, Ms. Zhuang tries to appreciate the difference cultures of the world in a narrow field. She pointed out that the joy of life, meaning and philosophy.
