西部教育发展规划中相关问题重合度与差异性的比较分析——基于西部10省份中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要文本的思考

摘　　要：西部地区实现教育现代化是全国教育战略目标实现的关键。在对西部10省份中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要文本中的核心理念、战略目标、资金保障以及高等教育改革发展的目标任务进行比较分析后认为,西部与全国、西部省份之间的教育发展规划具有较高重合度与较大差异性并存的特点。探讨此问题,将有助于西部各省落实规划任务,实现区域教育规划目标。In the western region of China, how to be modernized is the key goal of the national education strategy. After studying the concept, strategic goals, financial guarantee, development objectives and tasks, etc, in the 10 texts of long-term education reform of the western provinces, we think that there existed the high degree of coincidence with the larger differences in the coexistence of features. When these questions are fully discussed, it is helpful for us to implement the planed tasks and to achieve the goal of regional education planning.
