摘　　要：社会主义核心价值体系建设是高校人才培养的重要内容。从社会主义核心价值体系内容的层次性特点和大学生现实差异出发,高校社会主义核心价值体系建设对人才培养提出了具有层次性的目标和要求。具体表现在:培养知荣明耻的合格大学生;培养热爱祖国、开拓创新的现代大学生;培养奉献于中国特色社会主义建设的优秀大学生;培养坚定的为共产主义而奋斗的青年马克思主义者。The construction of the socialism core value system is the important content of college talents cultivation. From the contents of the socialist core value system and the level of college students＇characteristics and real difference, the construction of socialist core value system of personnel training has made a hierarchy of objectives and requirements. Specific performance in the cultivation of qualified college students aware of honor bright shame ; cultivate love for the motherland, pioneering and innovative modern college students ; culti- vation of dedication to the Chinese characteristic socialist construction of excellent graduates ; cultures determined fight for Communism Youth Marx doctrine.
