摘 要:首先介绍了内置式永磁同步电动机(interior permanent magnet synchronous motor,IPMSM)无速度传感器直接转矩控制系统,研究了旋转高频电压注入法(rotating high frequency volt-age injection,RHFVI)及模型参考自适应法(model reference adaptive system,MRAS)在IPMSM转速估计中的应用,并分别对它们进行仿真研究及物理实验,结果表明,旋转高频电压注入法算法复杂,动态性能不够理想,而MRAS法需要定子电压等测量数据,在低速区效果不佳.将两种方法结合起来,电机起动到转速达到峰值的过程选用RHFVI法,转速达到峰值后的一段时间内利用平滑切换的复合式转速估计方案,并逐渐过渡到MRAS法.实验结果表明,复合式转速估计方法可以准确估计转速,又可以满足其动态性能要求.First, the sensor-less direct torque control system of interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) is introduced, and then the application of Rotating High Frequency Voltage Injection (RHFVI) and Model Reference Adaptive System(MRAS) in IPMSM' s speed estimation is studied. The simulation and physical experiments are done for both methods, and the results show that the method of RHFvI' s dynamic performance is not very good because of the high complexity, while the method of MRAS' s following capability is not good when the rotor' s speed is low because the algorithm needs stator voltage. Based on this, a composite speed estimation algorithm is proposed by combining the above mentioned approaches when the reference speed is low; when the reference speed is high, the system selects MRAS to estimate IPMSM' s speed. The results show that the proposed composite method can not only estimate IPMSM' s speed but also meet the demands of dynamic performance.
