摘 要:目的探讨高等医学院校教师职业倦怠与职业能力的关系,为预防其职业倦怠和提高职业能力提供理论依据。方法随机抽取武汉市3所高等医学院校536名教师,采用职业能力与职业倦怠调查问卷进行职业倦怠和职业能力测评,并采用Pearson相关分析等方法探讨其内在联系。结果高等医学院校教师普遍存在较严重的职业倦怠现象,职业能力和职业生命质量有所下降;情感、行为、态度枯竭是医学院校教师职业倦怠的主要特征。职业倦怠与职业能力呈负相关(r=-0.179,P<0.01),职业倦怠与职业生命质量呈明显负相关(r=-0.773,P<0.01),职业能力与职业生命质量呈正相关(r=0.526,P<0.05)。结论职业倦怠可导致职业能力和职业生命质量下降,可通过提高职业能力和职业生命质量来预防职业倦怠的发生。[ Objective ] To investigate the internal relationship between occupational burnout and capacity among teachers in medical colleges and universities, and provide theoretical basis for preventing teachers' burnout and improving their occupational capacity. [ Methods ] A total of 536 teachers were randomly selected from 3 medical colleges and universities in Wuhan City. Professional capacity and burnout questionnaire was adopted for evaluation. The internal relationship was analyzed with Pearson correlation analysis and other methods. [ Results] The phenomenon of occupational burnout commortly existed among teachers in medical colleges and universities, and there was a decline in their occupational capacity and quality of life. Emotions, behaviors and attitudes depletion were the major characteristics. Occupational burnout was negatively correlated with ( r = 0. 179, P 〈 0.01 } ; occupational burnout was positively correlated with quality of life (r =0.773 ,P 〈0.01) ; occupational capacity was positively correlated with quality of life (r =0.526,P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] Occupational burnout can lead a decline in occupational capacity and quality of life. Strategies to reduce teachers' burnout can be developed by improving their occupational capacity and quality of life.
