儿童胰腺无功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨2例无功能性胰岛细胞瘤患儿的诊疗经过,为更好治疗胰腺肿瘤总结经验。方法总结2例患儿的临床资料,确诊后行肿瘤切除术。结果 2例患儿手术顺利,均诊断为无功能性胰岛细胞瘤。1例肿瘤位于胰腺体尾部,行包括肿瘤在内的胰体尾部切除术,另1例位于胰尾,行胰尾切除术。结论 胰腺肿瘤在儿童有一定的发病率,一经确诊应积极手术治疗,术后定期复查。Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of nonfunctional pancreatic islet cell tumor in 2 children＇s cases. Methods The two cases with nonfunctional pancreatic islet cell tumor were studied, when diagnosed, surgical treatmeng were perfomed. Results Two cases were all successfully operated, all diagnosed nonfunctioning islet cell tumor. One patient＇tumor located the body and tail of pancreas, and was done body and tail of pancreas resection, the other located the tail of the pancreas, and was done pancreatic tail resection. Conclusion There is certain recurrence rate in the pancreatic islet cell tumor of children ,When diagnosed, surgical treatment should be done actively. According to tumor location ,size and benign or malignant tumor, different surgical approach is chosen. Periodic review is necessary after operation.
