丹红注射液在严重脓毒症中的应用

摘　　要：目的：观察丹红注射液对严重脓毒症患者微循环改善作用。方法：选择46例严重脓毒症患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各23例，对照组按严重脓毒症早期集束化治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用丹红注射液20m1＋5％葡萄糖注射液或o．9％氯化钠注射液250ml，1次／d，缓慢静脉滴注，疗程为入住ICU至出科。观察两组治疗前后血流动力学、氧合指标及凝血功能指标。结果：治疗组在凝血功能监测指标中血小板计数、凝血酶原时间、活化凝血酶原时间、D-二聚体均较治疗前改善（P〈0．05），疗效优于对照组；治疗后两组平均动脉压、心率、中心静脉压、脉搏氧饱和度均较治疗前改善，其中治疗后平均动脉压、脉搏氧饱和度改善程度治疗组优于对照组（P〈O．05）。结论：丹红注射液能改善严重脓毒症患者微循环功能。Objective To observe the improve effect of Danhong injection on microeirculation in severe sepsis patients. Methods 46 cases of severe sepsis pa- tients were randomly divided into the Danhong group （23 cases） and the contrast group （23 cases）. Both groups adopt the early cluster therapy methods of se- vere sepsis patients. The Danhong group was treated with mainline of Danhong injection once each day additionally. The indexes were observes in two groups be- fore and after therapy, such as haemodynamics, oxygenation, blood clotting indexes. Results The blood platelets count, prothrombin time, active prothrombin time and D-- dipolymer were improved after therapy in the Danhong group, which therapeutic effect had an advantage on the contrast group. Mean arterial blood pressure, heart rate, central venous pressure and pulse 02 saturation were improved after therapy in both groups. Among the total, compare to the contrast group, mean arterial blood pressure and pulse 02 saturation were improved hetter in the Danhong group（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Danhong injection can improve the microcirculation function in severe sepsis patients.
