摘 要:采用传统的电铸工艺可以获得许多具有特殊功能的电铸层,但是存在所得到的铸层组织不均匀、性能不够稳定等缺陷。为了提高电铸层的质量和速度,提出了粒子流冲刷精密电铸技术,在电沉积过程中利用大量的玻璃微珠等粒子流冲刷电铸层表面,使玻璃微珠不断摩擦和撞击阴极表面。通过对金属镍的电铸试验表明,与传统电铸技术相比,粒子流冲刷精密电铸技术能有效地改变电铸层的微观组织结构,细化晶粒,并使晶粒分布更加均匀,各晶面的衍射强度降低,电铸层机械性能得到了提高。The deposition layer with many special functions will be gotten by using the conditional electroforming technology.However there're some defects such as the microstructure of the deposition layer is not uniform and the properties of the deposition layer is not stable.In order to improve the quality of the deposition layer and increase the electroforming velocity of non rotational parts,this paper presents a new electroforming technology named the erosion of the particle flow on precision electroforming.During the process of the electrodeposition,the erosion of a lot of the particle flow on the deposition layer made the ceramic beads continuously polish the surface of the deposition.By the comparison test of nickel electrodepositing,it is found that the erosion of the particle flow on precision electroforming could improve the microstructure of the deposition layer effectively,refine the grains,make the distribution of the grains uniform,decrease the diffraction intensity of the crystal surface,and improve the mechanical properties of the deposition layer.
