摘　　要：教育替代现象在我国的产生和发展 ,既有来自教育指导思想与教育结构方面的原因 ,也深受许多体制性因素的诱导和驱动。本文从人才的需求与供给两方面 ,对教育替代的成因进行短期的静态性经济分析 ,并剖析这种现象所造成的一些不良后果 ,提出了相应的对策建议。Emergency of educational substitution in China is caused by the educational guideline and structure, as well as induced by systematic factors. The author has made a static economic approach to the causes from need and support of the talent people, analyzed the harmful consequences, and finally put forward corresponding suggestions.
