摘　　要：随着我国残疾群体社会流动数量的迅速增长,其流动规模也在持续扩大。然而,在残疾群体流动过程中还存在着诸多弊端:流向相对集中、就业层次相对较低等。成人教育作为残疾群体接受再教育的重要工具,可以促使其实现合理向上流动,在促进残疾群体社会流动中担负着重要使命。成人教育要发挥自身优势,结合残疾群体的流动特点,采取切实可行的措施,提高残疾群体的综合素养,消除阻碍因素,促进其合理流动。With the rapid growth of the number of social mobility of the disabled, and its movement is also continuing to expand. However, in the current process of disability groups, there are many drawbacks： the flow of relatively concentrating, relatively low levels of employment. As an important tool of reeducating the disability groups, adult education can promote reasonable upward mobility, and charged with the important mission of promoting social mobility of disability groups. Adult education should play to its own advantages, combined flow characteristics of disability groups, to take practical measures to improve the comprehensive qualities of the disability groups, to eliminate impediments to promote its rational flow.
