摘　　要：[目的]对蛋白质中的5类超二级结构模体进行统计分析。[方法]选取5类超二级结构模体序列片段为分析材料,对它们Loop位置上的20种氨基酸出现频率进行统计分析。[结果]5类模体在左1、右1、-3、-2、-1、1、2、3 6个位置上N、G、D、S、Q的含量较低,而I、V、L、E含量变化较大。[结论]在区分5类模体时可重点考虑I、V、L、E在这6个位置的出现频率。[ Objective ] The aim was to statistical analyze the five kinds of protein supersecondary structure motifs. [ Method] To choose five kinds of protein supersecondary structure motifs sequence fragment as materials, the frequency of occurrence of 20 kinds of amino acids in Loop was statistical analyzed. [ Result ] The content of N, G, D, S, Q at 1, - 3, - 2, - 1, 1,2, 3 six sites in the five kinds of motifs was relative low and the change of content of I, V, L, E was relative great. [ Conclusion ] In distinguishing the five types of motifs can key consideration the frequency of occurrence of I, V, L, E in this six position.
