高分辨率MRI技术在直肠癌术前T分期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨高分辨磁共振成像在直肠癌患者术前T分期的临床价值。方法经手术病理证实的45例直肠癌患者,术前均接受MRI检查,将MRI检查结果与术后病理组织学T分期结果进行对照分析。结果 MRI分期对患者T分期总的诊断准确性为86.67%(39/45);与术后病理结果比较,两者的一致性检验Kappa值为0.791,有统计学意义(χ2=49.999,P=0.000)。结论高分辨磁共振成像技术评价直肠癌T分期诊断有一定的临床价值,有助于手术方案的制定。Objective To explore the high resolution magnetic resonance imaging in rectal cancer patients with preoperative T staging of clinical value. Methods Proved by operation and pathology in 45 patients with rectal cancer, preoperative underwent MRI examination, the results of MRI and postoperative histopathological T-staging results were compared and analyzed. Results The overall accuracy of preoperative T stage with MRI was 86.67% ;There was a better correlation be- tween the result of preperative MRI and postoperative Pathological T stage （kappa=0.791）,and There was no obvious difference （X^2=49.999, P = 0.000）.
