摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸-修复联合治疗成人上下颌牙列散在间隙的临床效果。方法:选取上下颌牙列存在散在间隙或牙列缺损的成人病例35例,设计个性化正畸矫治方案集中散在间隙,矫治结束后进行修复治疗。结果:通过正畸-修复联合治疗,患者口腔功能与美观均得到改善,临床效果满意。结论:对于成人患者牙列散在间隙采用正畸-修复联合治疗能使口腔功能得到较好恢复,并兼顾美观。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of the combination of orthodontics with prostheses to treat the adult patients with scattered gap in their dentition. Method. Select adult patients with scattered gap or defect in their dentition. According to the characteristics of each patient design the orthodontic treatment programs,focus the space then proceed to prostheses treatment. Result：Through orthodontic and prostheses treatment,there is a great improvement on patients＇ oral function and beauty. Conclusion： The combination of orthodontics and prostheses treatment can provide better mastication function and esthetic.
