摘 要:在山东省滨州市和泰安市田间调查,发现香椿上一种新的细菌病害。从采集的病叶上分离到15个细菌菌株,选出其中6个菌株,在自然条件下人工伤口接种香椿,发病症状与自然发病症状一致,从接种发病的病叶上又重新分离到与接种菌株相同的病原细菌,供试6个细菌菌株均为该病的致病菌。经染色反应、生理生化测定及菌体形态和培养性状等比较分析,确认香椿细菌性叶斑病致病菌为油菜黄单胞菌楝树致病变种[Xanthomonas campestris pv.azadirachtae(Desai.Gandhi.Pateletkotas thane 1966)Dye 1978]。15 bacterium strains were isolated from diseased leaves collected on Toona sinensis in Binzhou and Tai'an of Shandong province, and 6 strains of them were inoculated into Toona sinensis artificial wound at natural conditions, which showed the same symptom as that in field. And the same pathogen was isolated again from the strain. Based on comparing analysis of staining reaction, physiological, biochemical determination, the germ body morphological and cultural charac- teristics, the pathogen was identified as a mutation of Xanthomonas campestris pv. azadirachtae.
