摘　　要：综述了淀粉疏水改性技术的应用情况及淀粉基降解塑料的国内外研究现状,着重介绍了应用较为广泛的几种淀粉疏水改性技术的优缺点及其发展动向。The actual application state of the technology of hydrophobic modification of starch and the research status of bi- odegradable plastics based on starch are reviewed. Several technologies of hydrophobic modification of starch which are widely used and its pros and cons are described with emphasis, and the development direction is pointed out.
