摘　　要：Glycogen storage disease type Ili （GSD-Ⅲ） is an autosomal recessive inherited metabolic disorder caused by a deficiency in the gllycogen debranching enzyme （amylo- 1,6-glucosidase）. The disease is characterized by hepatomegaly, lasting hypoglycemia,growth retardation, and progressive myopathy.＇ It can also cause cardiomyopathy.＇4 We report a rare case of GSD-III with metabolic cardiomyopathy mimicking obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy,Glycogen storage disease type Ili （GSD-Ⅲ） is an autosomal recessive inherited metabolic disorder caused by a deficiency in the gllycogen debranching enzyme （amylo- 1,6-glucosidase）.
