摘  要:为探究内源激素在紫椴种子休眠机理中的作用,运用LC-MS/MS方法对其在低温层积过程中内源激素的变化进行了研究。结果表明:在低温层积过程中,紫椴种子IAA含量逐渐增加,达到最高含量时有所下降;ABA含量总体趋势是逐渐减少;ZT含量呈现先上升再下降继而上升的趋势。IAA/ABA比值先上升后下降,ZT/ABA比值先上升后下降,再有所上升。进一步证明了ABA是紫椴种子萌发的抑制物质,IAA、ZT在解除紫椴种子休眠的过程中起到了一定的促进作用。In order to study the role of endogenous hormones in Tilia amurensis seed dormancy mechanism, changes of endogenous hormones in seed during cold stratification were investigated by LC-MS/MS method. The results showed that IAA content in 7:. amurensis seed was gradually increased during cold stratifaction, and then slightly was decreased, while general change trend of ABA content was gradually decreased. ZT content was firstly increased, and was decreased, and then was increased. Ratio of IAA to ABA was firstly increased, and then was decreased. Ratio of ZT to ABA was firstly increased, and was decreased, and then was increased. These results proved that ABA acted as germination inhibitor substances in T. amurensis, while IAA and ZT played a positive role in the process of dormancy relieving.
